Laurel Ridge is committed to being “simply the best,” fostering a workplace and classroom culture that upholds the values of diversity and opportunity for students, faculty, and staff. We aspire to build upon a college culture that reflects and fosters an appreciation of all differences and creates an environment of respect, engagement, and involvement. The VIBE Council (previously the Diversity Council) meets monthly to discuss educational and social opportunities to engage the college community in the four pillars of our council: valuing, inclusion, belonging, and empathy.
